Oleksiy Dubovsky, Director of Enexsol, took part in The 4th annual Ukrainian Energy Transition Forum, which took place on May 19, 2026 in London in partnership with the Embassy of Ukraine in the United Kingdom. The event was organized by Strategy Council, an organization that develops knowledge, expertise and networking in business communities, particularly in European markets.
Enexsol’s participation in the forum was aimed at deepening professional dialogue with international partners, searching for opportunities for cooperation, and studying potential investment areas in the Ukrainian energy sector, Ukrainian companies, and the Ukrainian economy as a whole.
The main topic of this year’s forum was key priorities for strengthening the resilience of Ukraine’s energy sector. The event brought together representatives of state institutions, international financial organizations, investors, energy companies and the expert community to discuss practical solutions needed for the restoration, modernization and long-term development of the Ukrainian energy sector.
Participants discussed, in particular, the significance of Ukrainian experience in decentralized energy solutions for international energy security, the reconstruction of energy infrastructure, the development of energy storage systems, the role of renewable energy in the future energy system of Ukraine, as well as the issue of reducing investment risks, debt and equity financing of the energy transition.
Special attention was paid to renewable energy sources as one of the key elements of the future sustainable energy system of Ukraine. Within the framework of specialized sessions, participants considered derisking mechanisms, the participation of international insurance and financial institutions, the prospects of private capital, as well as practical approaches to attracting investment in new energy projects.
